Terms and Conditions for Rent My Instrument, LLC’s Virtual Booster Club

These are the Terms and Conditions for Rent My Instrument, LLC’s (“RMI”) Virtual Booster Club (“VBC”)

1. Eligibility - VBC is open to band directors, school administrators, and district administrators ("Participants") associated with educational institutions that utilize RMI’s online musical instrument rental services. Enrollment in VBC is automatic upon registration with RMI.

2. Redeeming Points - Points may only be redeemed by the Participant for goods, services, or donations to support their music programs as specified by RMI. All redemptions are subject to approval by RMI and may require confirmation of the Participant’s affiliation with an educational institution. RMI reserves the right to determine eligible activities and the number of points awarded for each activity.

3. Reporting - All redeemed points and their corresponding use will be reported to the appropriate band director, school, school district, or organization administration to ensure transparency. RMI will maintain records of points earned and redeemed, which may be requested by authorized school officials.

4. Limitations - Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to other programs or individuals. Points are non-transferable and may only be used by the Participant associated with the account. Points expire on July 31 of each year and must be used by that date. Points do not carry over to the next year.

5. VBC Changes and Termination - RMI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate VBC at any time without prior notice. In the event of VBC termination, Participants will be notified.

6. Changes to these Terms and Conditions - RMI reserves the right to change, modify, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

7. Misuse of Points - Any fraudulent activity or misuse of VBC, including but not limited to earning or redeeming points in violation of these Terms and Conditions, may result in the forfeiture of points and termination of the Participant’s VBC account. RMI reserves the right to audit accounts and take appropriate actions in cases of suspected misuse.

8. Privacy - Participant information will be handled in accordance with RMI’s Privacy Policy. By participating in VBC, Participants consent to the reporting of redeemed points to their respective schools, school districts, or organizations.

9. Liability - RMI is not responsible for any tax implications arising from the earning or redemption of points. RMI disclaims any liability for losses or damages resulting from changes to or termination of VBC.

10. Governing Law - VBC and its Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Missouri.
